Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access to the new features immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a record upload?
Each image file you upload counts as one record - whether it's a birth certificate, a single census page, or a letter. Multi-page PDFs and batch ZIP uploads count per image processed.
Do unused uploads roll over?
Monthly upload limits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go credits, however, never expire and can be used in any future month.
What languages and scripts does KleioBase support?
