Common questions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get access to the new features immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is a credit?
One credit processes one record - a normal scan of a birth certificate, a single census page, or a letter uses 1 credit. A deep scan, which re-reads the document for higher accuracy, uses 5. Adding images is always free; credits are only spent when you process a record.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go credits you buy, however, never expire and can be used in any future month.
What languages and scripts does KleioBase support?
30+ languages with century-old handwriting support, including Latin, Hebrew, Yiddish, Cyrillic (Russian, Ukrainian), Polish, German (including Gothic Kurrent script), Arabic, and more. Structured fields are always output in English.
